Refund policy
At Lucio Zane, we want your order experience to be clear and straightforward. This policy explains return eligibility, return costs, exchanges, cancellations, and refund timing.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition received, in original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email sales@luciozane.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Our current return processing area is Hoofddorp, Netherlands. This is not a complete return address. Please do not send items there unless your return has been approved and we have provided the exact return address and instructions by email.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.
- As an indication, return shipping from the United States to our approved return destination typically costs around $35-$75 USD for standard USPS international services, depending on the product type, package weight, package dimensions, carrier and shipping method selected by the customer. Smaller accessories may cost less, while faster or premium shipping options may cost more.
- This return shipping cost indication is provided for general guidance only and is not a guaranteed price. Carrier rates, available services, fuel surcharges, taxes, duties, package requirements, and destination handling can change. The customer is responsible for checking the current carrier price before shipping a return.
- Customers can use carrier calculators for a current estimate: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
- Customers may choose their preferred carrier and shipping service unless our return instructions say otherwise.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us first. After we approve the issue, we will provide return instructions and may provide a prepaid return label when required.
- No restocking fees apply.
- Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or the issue was caused by us.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@luciozane.com with your order number and detailed photos showing the issue, the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, refund, or approved return.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item first, then place a new order for the item you want once the return is accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or changed within 1 hour of purchase by contacting us at sales@luciozane.com. After this window, or after an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and you may need to start a return after delivery.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must still be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take up to 7 additional business days to post the funds. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us at sales@luciozane.com.
